Outline of the role

The Retail Apprenticeship involves working as a full-time team member, assisting in creating a great customer experience and learning about retail operations. It offers a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for career development. Savers Sales Assistants are valued as potential future Supervisors, with support for skill development and progression.

Duties include:

• Demonstrating exceptional customer service
• Understanding the business and maintaining brand reputation
• Promoting products to customers
• Highlighting promotional offers to achieve sales targets
• Supporting promotion changes and stock rotation

Training occurs in-store over the first 12 months, with no college days or homework. At the end, you'll discuss your experiences, complete a multiple-choice test, and an observation, supported throughout by your team and assessor to achieve a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

• Eligible to work in the UK
• New to retail
