What a Great Day Looks Like...

In our Apprentice Sales Advisers, we look for a positive mindset, supportiveness, and enthusiasm for team involvement.

Your role involves serving customers at the till, ensuring excellent service, promoting our Star Buys, maintaining store presentation, and supporting store targets.

Our team and your assessor will help you develop communication, teamwork, and organisational skills, along with employability skills like CV writing, interview prep, and financial wellbeing.

Training is conducted in-store, with no college days. Upon completion, you will undertake an end point assessment and earn a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Opportunities for progression include becoming a sales advisor, team leader, or other retail roles. We’re committed to developing your skills and supporting your career growth.

What You Need to Succeed

• Confident and clear communication skills
• A passion for retail and customer service
• A desire to learn and improve your skills
• Willingness to undertake piercing services (training provided)
• Flexibility and adaptability in working hours

You qualify if you have a grade 4 / C GCSE in English and maths, are not currently in education, are available full-time, and have not completed a retail apprenticeship before. You must also be eligible to work in the UK and be new to retail.
