In our Apprentice Sales Advisers, we look for a positive mindset, people who support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved.

Your role at Superdrug as an Apprentice Sales Adviser will involve serving customers mainly at the till point, delivering excellent service, and ensuring customers don’t miss out on any of our great Star Buys. You’ll help maintain store stock levels and presentation, and actively contribute to achieving store targets.

Your Assessor and store team will work with you to improve your communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. They will support you with employability skills including interview preparation, CV writing, money management, and health and wellbeing.

Your training will take place in-store, so there are no college days! At the end of your training, you will complete an end-point assessment and, upon successful completion, achieve a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

During your apprenticeship, your Assessor and Store Manager will discuss potential progression opportunities, including becoming a sales advisor, team leader, or other retail roles.

This experience will prepare you for bigger challenges. Superdrug Apprentice Sales Advisers are recognized as our future Team Leaders. We will actively develop your skills and support your career progression through our in-house training and Apprenticeship qualifications.

What you’ll need to succeed?

• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passionate about retail and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve your skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided)
• Flexible working hours and adaptability

You qualify if…

• You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths
• You are not currently in education and are available for full-time shifts
• You HAVEN’T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• You are eligible to work in the UK
• You are new to retail
