Job Title: Apprentice Sales Adviser at Superdrug

Hours: 39 hours a week
Contract: 13 Month Contract
Salary: £9.70 Per Hour

What a Typical Day Looks Like

As an Apprentice Sales Adviser, you'll support your team to deliver excellent customer service, primarily at the till point, ensuring customers don't miss out on our great Star Buys. You'll also help maintain store presentation and stock levels, and contribute to achieving store targets.

Your training will be conducted in-store, with no college days required. Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll receive support to enhance your communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, as well as employability skills like interview techniques, CV writing, money management, and wellbeing.

Training and Progression

Upon completing your training and end-point assessment, you'll earn a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. There are opportunities for progression into roles such as sales advisor, team leader, or other retail positions, supported by our in-house training and development programs.

What You Need to Succeed

• Confident and clear communication skills
• A passion for retail and customer service
• A desire to learn and improve
• Willingness to undertake piercing services (training provided)
• Flexibility and adaptability in working hours
