The role includes sourcing candidates, organising bookings and handling initial conversations, while completing a recognised Recruitment Apprenticeship. Qualifications

• A confident and friendly personality.

• No previous recruitment experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and advertising.
• Speak with candidates to understand their skills and experience.
• Register new candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Carry out compliance and right‑to‑work checks.
• Create and manage job adverts.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Chase outstanding documentation and keep records up to date.
• Support onboarding and candidate aftercare.
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.
