You'll play a key role in connecting top-notch apprentices with our valued, nationwide clients across key sectors like Hospitality, Retail, Care, and Active Leisure. If you have a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

What will you be doing?

  • Match suitable candidates to apprenticeship vacancies across our key sectors: Hospitality, Retail, Care, and Active Leisure.
  • Build confidence and enthusiasm, while cultivating and maintaining relationships with prospective learners, clients, and key stakeholders within Lifetime.
  • Work towards and achieve individual & team KPIs, driving success through strategic efforts.
  • Attend meetings with key stakeholders as needed to discuss recruitment strategies and outcomes.
  • Discuss Apprenticeship courses in detail and effectively manage managers’ expectations when sourcing new candidates.
  • Maintain exceptional organization, ensuring clear communication with both Business Managers and young apprenticeship candidates.
  • Combine multiple working methods to achieve recruitment success, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Successfully match product offerings with needs, ensuring a best fit for all parties.
