Job Description
  • Answering and forwarding incoming calls to the relevant department and taking messages.
  • Greeting guests.
  • Photocopying and scanning various documents.
  • Filing invoices and correspondence.
  • Collation of incoming credit card receipts.
  • Keeping vehicle records up to date on computer and filing systems.
  • Booking hotels for employees.
  • Collating timesheets on Sage HR.
  • Checking invoices and statements on SAGE.
  • Retrieving PODs from an online portal and emailing them to customers.
  • Opening and distributing post.
  • Organising refreshments.
  • Performing general administrative duties as required.
