Job summary

A reputable company in Ashford is seeking an Apprentice Receptionist and Dental Nurse. The role involves welcoming patients, managing appointments, and supporting the clinical team. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for dentistry. Previous experience in a dental setting is advantageous. This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility to work some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome all patients arriving at the practice.
  • Ensure that the appointment system is efficient and accurate.
  • Liaise and support all Clinicians, Admin and clinical team.
  • Collect and record patient payments.
  • Act in accordance with the practice rules and code of conduct.
  • Full time Tuesday to Friday with 2 Saturdays a month.

Apprentice Receptionist and Dental Nurse

Location: Ashford, Kent, TN23 1JJ

Salary: Starting at £11.50 (as an apprentice)

Vacancy Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Role

Our client is seeking an Apprentice Receptionist for their busy orthodontic practice.

They need an individual who is able to juggle multiple tasks, is friendly and compassionate, and enjoys interacting with patients.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a team player. A passion for dentistry is a must!

Once fully trained on the reception desk the opportunity would be available to train as a Dental Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome all patients arriving at the practice
  • Ensure that the appointment system is efficient and accurate
