Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist with commercial management of overhead line and civils works on live projects.
  • Prepare monthly valuations, cost reports, forecasts and variations.
  • Assess subcontractor applications and process payments per procedures.
  • Maintain records of labour, plant, materials and subcontract costs.
  • Support change control processes including compensation events and early warnings.
  • Measure completed works and prepare supporting commercial documentation.
  • Collaborate with site teams to understand progress, outputs, and risks.
  • Support procurement and subcontract administration for packages.
  • Assist with tendering and work-winning activities as required.
  • Develop understanding of NEC contract requirements and commercial procedures.
