Job description

What you’ll be doing:
As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be earning while you learn—working on construction projects across a variety of sectors, gaining practical experience, and studying towards a fully funded, RICS-accredited degree via an apprenticeship.

Your role will include:

- Assisting with the preparation of budget estimates / cost plans and tendering documents

- Supporting project delivery

- Carrying out site visits and interim valuations

- Developing an understanding of construction contracts and procurement

What we’re looking for:

- A keen interest in the built environment

- Strong numeracy and communication skills

- GCSE Grade 4 (or C) or above in English and Maths

- A-levels or equivalent qualifications that meet the UCAS points required for university entry

- A proactive, team-focused mindset
