Qualifications

• Five GCSEs at grades 3–9 / A*-D including Maths & English.
• Good planning and organization skills; ability to multitask and be a self-starter.
• Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience is beneficial.
• Visa sponsorship and apprenticeship funding eligibility require residence in the EEA for the last 3 years and enhanced security clearance checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and delivery of pharmaceutical logistics projects, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
• Support project planning activities including schedules, risk logs, and resource tracking.
• Track project deliverables and elevate potential risks or delays.
• Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards.
• Assist in communication with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
• Take meeting notes and track action points.
• Provide status updates and reporting support.
• Update project trackers, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze basic operational data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
