GAP Group Limited is offering a Plant Mechanic Apprenticeship that runs for 3 years, Monday to Friday 8-5 with no weekend work. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above.
• Strong interest in plant machinery and engineering.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn to service, maintain and repair a wide range of plant machinery and equipment.
• Replace components, check systems and calibrate instruments.
• Develop core engineering skills while exposure to electro hydraulics and computerised control systems.
