Job summary

JHL Pharmacies is seeking an Apprentice Pharmacy Assistant to work at one of our branch locations. You will support the pharmacy team, assist with OTC sales, and help promote our additional services to customers. The role is well suited to someone with retail experience and a commitment to training for progression.

You will be supervised by a Pharmacist, help with stock replenishment, and contribute to delivering high-quality NHS and private pharmacy services to the local community.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
• Willingness to undertake training courses to progress in the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales of over-the-counter medicines and provide customer advice.
• Promote branch services and health information to customers.
• Replenish stock and support the pharmacy team in daily tasks.

We are looking to recruit an ApprenticePharmacyAssistant to work at our branch. You will be working closely with the pharmacy team to succeed and thrive within this role.

This position is ideally suited to someone with retail experience who is willing to undertake the relevant training courses in order to progress.

You must have a Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths.

You will work under Pharmacist supervision and will assist with the sales of over the counter medicines, offering advice to customers on the provision of information, symptoms and products as well promoting the additional services that our branch offers. You will also be tasked with replenishing stock and supporting the pharmacy team.
