The role involves providing one-to-one and group peer support, using personal lived experience to inspire hope and foster recovery in children, young people and families.

Successful applicants will undertake a Level 3 apprenticeship alongside their practice, with regular training sessions and supervision as part of the role.

• Lived experience of an eating disorder is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Willingness to undertake Level 3 apprenticeship as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and group peer support to children, young people and families affected by eating disorders.
• Use lived experience to inspire hope and recovery.
• Work with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered support.
