What you'll do
  1. Learning on the job gaining skills and experience to ensure data accuracy, enabling effective responses to queries via email, chat, and telephone, ensuring a customer-focused response. You'll also benefit from the knowledge of those around you.
  2. Spend at least 20% of your time working toward your industry-recognized qualification with plenty of opportunity to put the theory into practice during your apprenticeship.
  3. You'll have a mentor within the team, who will offer guidance and support on the job, and work with an expert apprenticeship delivery partner to complete your learning.
  4. Helping our team to manage the company payroll we run each month that ensures our colleagues get paid.
  5. Process new starters, those leaving the business, and changes to job roles for over 3700 colleagues every month!
  6. Carrying out background administration for colleague benefits such as cycle to work scheme, smart tech vouchers, and pensions.

Additional details

You'll be employed for a 21-month period, gaining extensive experience to launch your career, with many apprentices progressing into permanent employment upon completion.

You will work Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 5:30. We offer flexibility, but sometimes you'll need to adapt to meet customer or business needs. Our work model is typically hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office, primarily Tuesday and Wednesday.
