Position: Toyota Apprentice Parts Retailer - Yeomans Toyota Worthing

While working at Yeomans Toyota Worthing, the program is delivered through the Toyota Academy, our outstanding learning & development organization. The program targets high-caliber individuals like you, seeking your first step in a professional automotive career. Upon successful completion, you will earn the Retailer Standard Level 2.

You will earn from Day 1 with a starting salary of £10.40 per hour. Upon graduation, you will receive a competitive benefits package and performance-related bonuses.

Your responsibilities include:

• Participating in all scheduled training activities, including sessions at the Toyota Academy in Burnaston, Derbyshire
• Keeping learning logs up to date and preparing for reviews with your manager, mentor, and Learning & Development Advisor
• Greeting and assisting aftersales customers to ensure a top-notch experience
• Engaging in activities that promote the Toyota brand and attract new customers

Person Specification:

You should be professional, well-presented, and possess high standards of verbal and written communication. Being literate and numerate, with a desire to learn and a genuine interest in customer service, is essential. You should be practical, logical, attentive, able to follow instructions, willing to study, and capable of working in a fast-paced team.
