The program includes:

• 3 one-week training blocks at the Toyota/Lexus Academy
• Fortnightly remote training sessions

This program targets high-caliber individuals, especially recent graduates seeking to start their professional careers. Upon successful completion, you will earn the Retailer Standard L2.

• Engaging in activities that promote the dealership and attract new customers
