The program includes:

• 3 one-week training blocks at the Toyota/Lexus Academy
• Fortnightly remote training sessions

Designed for high-caliber individuals seeking their first professional career step, upon successful completion, you will earn the Retailer Standard Level 2.

You will earn a competitive salary from Day 1, along with benefits and performance bonuses upon graduation.
