Job summary

MHA in Preston is offering an Associate Paraplanner apprenticeship designed to deliver hands-on experience and mentorship. You’ll rotate through Wealth Management areas, building judgement, technical capability and client relationship skills to support meaningful outcomes.

The three-year journey takes you from client service to technical excellence and advisory work, with extensive on-the-job training and CII study to prepare you for future Chartered pathways.

Qualifications

• At least 112 UCAS points from top three subjects with at least one in a relevant discipline.
• Open to apprenticeships in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Accountancy, or Politics.
• Willingness to undertake structured on-the-job and study training.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, documentation and annual reviews for clients.
• Build knowledge of financial-planning processes and CII modules.
• Carry out market research and analyse financial data to support advice.
• Prepare technical materials and develop paraplanning content.
• Collaborate across client-service, paraplanning and advisory teams.
• Shadow senior advisors and take on client responsibilities under supervision.
• Progress through Academy milestones toward Level 4 Diploma and Chartered pathway.
