  • Monitor and comply with all Health & Safety policies, including CRH’s Life Saving Rules
  • Attend daily briefings and toolbox talks, adopting a proactive approach to Health & Safety
  • Minimise the environmental impact of our operations
  • Represent the company positively, being polite and courteous to clients and the public
  • Follow instructions from the team leader to ensure safe and efficient working practices
  • Act responsibly on-site and demonstrate professionalism at all times
  • Participate in training courses and strive to develop your skills and knowledge and use of machinery and plant, for example; steel saws, rollers, and dumpers
  • You will be given full manual handling training and helped to obtain NRSWA Accreditation
  • Undertake all assigned tasks to the best of your ability
