We are seeking an Apprentice Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position requires strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Assist with document preparation, including drafting emails, memos, and reports
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed
  • Assist with project coordination and tracking
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
