About The Role

Assisting as part of a team in supporting the overall development and care of nursery children. Contributing fully to the smooth running of the Early Years and Foundation Departments and the maintenance of a safe and stimulating learning environment.

You will participate in providing a safe, stimulating, and caring learning environment and in delivering a full and balanced range of learning activities, ensuring the care and well-being of children and maintaining positive links with parents and professionals working with the nursery and school.

Who we are looking for:

To be considered for this role, you should be qualified to start a Level 2 qualification in an Apprenticeship in Early Years Practitioner and have a positive approach to completing relevant training courses and qualifications. An interest in the care, learning, and development of young children is essential, along with empathy, understanding of children under five, and excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
