Job summary

Nature’s Way Foods Limited is seeking four Apprentice Multi Skilled Engineers to join its engineering team at its Chichester area sites. You will train in electrical and mechanical maintenance while working toward a Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship.

You’ll gain hands-on experience maintaining advanced production systems, including washers, dryers and packing robots, and attend CHICHESTER COLLEGE GROUP for college coursework over a four-year programme.

Qualifications

GCSE English, Maths and Science at minimum grade 4.
Willingness to learn and complete college coursework.
Interest in engineering and maintenance in a food production environment.

Responsibilities

Learn to diagnose faults on a wide range of equipment.
Maintain and update maintenance and equipment documentation.
Identify improvements to support the company’s continuous improvement programme.
Follow Health and Safety procedures and attend college courses.

Ready to start your engineering career? Nature’s Way, a growing company with multiple sites in Chichester, is looking for four Apprentice Multi Skilled Engineers to join its growing team. Gain hands-on experience maintaining advanced production systems while working towards a Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship.

What You’ll Do

The chance to learn how to perform maintenance and breakdown repairs on mechanical, electrical and electronic food production system such as washer, driers and packing robots

As an Apprentice Multi Skilled Engineer You will be trained in electrical and mechanical maintenance gaining the competence to work on the equipment across our four of our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn how to diagnose faults on a wide range of equipment.
Learn how to maintain and update maintenance and equipment documentation.
Learn how to identify possible improvements that assist is implementing the company’s continuous improvement programme.
To work in accordance with the company’s safety procedures and learn to follow Health and Safety Legislation.
To attend college and complete ALL course work to an acceptable standard and in a timely manner.
