Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is offering an 18–24 month Level 3 apprenticeship based in the Centre Simulation Suite, combining communication, technical, IT and administrative skills to support the Simulation Faculty.

Under the mentorship of the Learning and Simulation technologist, you will assist with in-situ simulations, maintain equipment and assist the Education Directorate with simulation, training and videoconference activities.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the UK for the full duration of the apprenticeship
• Level 3 Apprenticeship in Simulation Based Education will be provided remotely over 18-24 months
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with teams and facilitators

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the simulation suite, teaching rooms and equipment for education sessions
• Provide moulage and prop creation; modify manikins and equipment to improve fidelity
• Promote clear written and verbal communication within the team
• Provide administrative support to the Directorate to keep accurate records for audits and reports
• Support faculty and facilitators to ensure smooth session delivery
• Uphold the Trust's values in all activities
