The Role

• This position is central to our established Bristol business, comprising over 40 painters and apprentices
• Engage in high-value commercial and decorative painting projects with prominent companies, universities, and historic buildings
• Comprehensive training in project management, customer liaison, surveying, estimating, cost control, and project management from initial enquiry to completion

Essential Criteria

Reward Package

Up to £22,500 - with a pay review every 6 months. (Higher salary may be available dependant on relevant experience/qualifications)

The initial salary will reflect the fact that this is a trainee post with a high level of support and input needed for your development. You will have the prospect of higher salary, performance related bonus and company car as you progress within the team. The exact salary will depend on qualifications already obtained and relevant previous experience.
