Job Description:

This apprenticeship offers a 12-month program where you will work towards becoming a fully qualified member of our Driver team through work shadowing, hands-on training, and computer-based learning. You will receive support and guidance from colleagues, trainers, and our Emerging Talent Team to develop into a skilled Logistics professional.

Please note: Applications are only accepted from candidates who do not already hold a class C or C+E licence and do not require sponsorship to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting and delivering products in line with service levels, maintaining professionalism.
• Learning about Drivers’ Hours, Tachographs, and Working Time legislation to ensure compliance and safety.

Qualifications:

• Valid full manual UK driving licence with at least 6 months driving experience and no more than 6 points.
• Over 18 years old at the start of the apprenticeship.
• Positive attitude and customer service appreciation.
• Motivated to work independently.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Satisfactory medical assessment if successful at the assessment day.

Assessment:

Attend an on-site assessment on Thursday 22nd May to meet the team and learn about the company. Filtering of applicants will occur 1–2 weeks before this date.
