Responsibilities

• Assist the Scottish File opening team with processing instructions for all new matters.
• Ensure files are opened promptly to meet specific court deadlines.
• Accurately input management information into a centralized system and provide data analysis when required.
• Review datasets to validate data quality.
• Prioritise and organise work efficiently to meet specified deadlines.
• Adapt to changes in workload priorities and work flexibly.
• Maintain electronic files in line with business processes and regulatory requirements.

• Basic to intermediate IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft systems.
