About the role

We are seeking an Apprentice Landlord Compliance Coordinator to join our Property Services & Delivery team in the Merseyside area on a fixed-term basis for 21 months. This is a home-based role with no daily office attendance required, offering flexibility to attend as needed.

The role’s purpose is to support the Landlord Compliance team in managing databases, collating information, providing reports, and monitoring performance.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining Records

Support the team in ensuring records of compliance work and finances are accurate and current for:

  • Gas and Carbon Monoxide; Domestic and Commercial
  • Solid Fuel
  • Electrical Safety (including lightning conductors)
  • Lifts (including servicing and LOLER)
  • Fire Safety (including Motor Scooters and Hoarding)

Certification and Remedial Action

Record and verify compliance certificates/reports, identify non-compliances, and coordinate remedial work.

Information Analysis

Develop systems to analyze compliance program data and prepare reports.

System Management and Administration

Manage systems for compliance work, including creating work orders, budgets, and payments.

Audit Support

Provide accurate information for internal and external audits as required.
