Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remote and occasional onsite IT support to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot
- Manage tasks using their internal ticketing system .
- Take customer calls
- Liaise with users to understand and explain technical issues clearly and simply.
- Maintain SLA compliance and contribute to excellent customer satisfaction.
- Help grow their knowledge base by contributing to documentation and internal knowledge sharing .
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong, methodical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of Windows desktop operating systems and common troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with installing and supporting Microsoft Office 365 products
- TCP/IP, Ethernet networking, routing, and firewalls
- A natural customer service orientation and ability to relate to end users
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
