Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver remote and occasional onsite IT support to customers.
  • Diagnose and resolve
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot
  • Manage tasks using their internal ticketing system .
  • Take customer calls
  • Liaise with users to understand and explain technical issues clearly and simply.
  • Maintain SLA compliance and contribute to excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Help grow their knowledge base by contributing to documentation and internal knowledge sharing .

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong, methodical problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of Windows desktop operating systems and common troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience with installing and supporting Microsoft Office 365 products
  • TCP/IP, Ethernet networking, routing, and firewalls

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
