As an Support Technician Apprentice, you will work with our expert teams to gain the skills and experience needed drive improved performance through IT. You will learn to implement & drive software & hardware asset management to ensure ENWL is fully compliant and support the Service Delivery & Management function.

About You:

You will need the following skills and qualifications to start your career journey with us:

  • A minimum of Maths and English Language at GCSE (or equivalent) levels 4 - 9 or A* - C;

  • Good IT skills, with a desire to learn and develop.
