What You\'ll Be Doing

As an Apprentice Insurance Practitioner, you’ll help customers when they need us the most.

Skills

You\'ll communicate with empathy and organise support based on their policy. Your pathway will help you achieve and industry recognised Chartered Insurance Institute Qualification, but you will also gain new knowledge and skills such as: legal and regulatory rules and how we promote a culture of treating customers fairly

• Learning more about insurance - what it is, how it supports our customers, what we do to deliver on our promises to our customers, and how the insurance market functions
• Developing relationship management skills. You\'ll learn how to build and grow your professional relationships and networks to deliver on our commitments to our customers and partners
