Summary

Our client, a large Lloyds Insurance Broker, has an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice Broker to join their growing team in Manchester. The role involves servicing the insurance needs of customers, ensuring prompt handling of documents, and resolving issues efficiently.

Main Duties:

  • Support management and colleagues across the company
  • Gain a thorough understanding of insurance fundamentals, principles, and the broking market
  • Answer calls promptly and handle enquiries professionally
  • Deal with client enquiries via phone and email
  • Communicate with clients, insurers, and third parties
  • Generate correspondence to relevant parties
  • Notify insurers of changes and new policies
  • Obtain and submit client documentation
  • Process and dispatch policy documents
  • Handle mid-term adjustments
  • Issue renewal notices and documentation
  • Update records with risk changes
