Summary

Our client, a large Lloyds Insurance Broker, has an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice Broker to join their growing Live Events Broking team in London. The role involves servicing the insurance needs of customers, ensuring prompt handling of documents and issues.

Main Duties:
  • Support management and colleagues across the company
  • Gain understanding of insurance basics, principles, and the broking market
  • Answer calls and handle inquiries professionally
  • Deal with client inquiries via phone and email
  • Generate correspondence with clients, insurers, and third parties
  • Notify insurers of changes and new cover
  • Obtain and submit client documentation
  • Process, check, and dispatch policy documents
  • Handle mid-term adjustments and renewals
  • Update records with risk changes
  • Secure outstanding renewal premiums
  • Create new policy records for new risks
Key Skills Required:
  • Completion of 3 A-Levels or equivalent (Grade C or above)
