This role includes elements of cybersecurity, user accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, software & hardware installation and maintenance, and logging or escalating issues via service desk call management to ensure smooth and secure IT operations.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
