A leading NHS organization is seeking a Digital Services Apprentice to provide IT support, manage documentation, and assist with new equipment installations. This role offers a national accredited apprenticeship qualification and a pathway for career progression within the NHS. Our primary customer is Northumbria Healthcare NHS FT, which provides health and social care services in primary care, acute hospitals, community hospitals, and adult social care (PACS) through 10,000 employed staff. Northumbria Healthcare’s Digital Services team provides all the technology and technical development to support current electronic systems and the drive to be paper-free at the point of care.
The role of the Digital Services Apprentice is to support existing PC equipment and software applications, along with deploying new equipment and software.
