Qualifications

• HR experience in a professional environment.
• Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Pivot tables).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to plan, meet deadlines and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day UK HR queries.
• Support recruitment activities, including raising requisitions and onboarding.
• Monitor pre-employment screening and right-to-work checks.
• Coordinate weekly site inductions and HR systems demonstrations.
• Conduct new starter engagement check-ins and liaise with Shared Services.
• Maintain employee records and data integrity across HR systems.
• Produce monthly HR metrics and reports (headcount, starters, leavers, absence).
• Support quarterly HR audits by running reports and escalating issues.
