What we are really looking for is someone who is keen to make a difference, is eager to develop and enjoy their work, and to help us achieve our mission to provide ‘Life In All Its Fullness’ for all our communities. If this sounds like you, we’d love for you to get in touch.

Are you looking to kick-start your career in business administration or human resources? This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, develop essential skills, and make a real difference to our schools and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support across HR, Marketing, and Governance functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records management.
  2. Assist in the preparation and processing of documentation related to HR and business operations.
  3. Support the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, arranging interviews, and liaising with candidates.
  4. Help maintain accurate files and information systems, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  5. Provide general office support, including managing correspondence and maintaining office systems.
  6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement administrative projects.

What We Are Looking For:

  1. Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  5. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to contribute to a team environment.
  6. A passion for developing a career in business administration and HR.
  7. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.

Why Choose Us?

  1. Opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining a nationally recognised qualification.
  2. Mentorship and training from experienced professionals in the education sector.
  3. Supportive and inclusive work environment.
  4. The chance to make a positive impact on the future of education.
  5. Progression opportunities within a growing Multi-Academy Trust.

If you're ready to begin an exciting career in business administration and HR within the education sector, we’d love to hear from you!
