WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
As part of the apprenticeship journey, Level 2 Food & Beverage Team Member apprentices will attend workshops, meet with their tutor, learn new skills and knowledge via their online portfolio, and be supported by their manager and Apprenticeship Lead.
Specialist areas include food and beverage service, serving alcoholic beverages, barista, food preparation, housekeeping, concierge and guest services, reception, reservations, and conference and banqueting. The key focus is developing excellent hospitality skills, such as recognizing customer needs, matching them to products and services, and working as part of a team to ensure every customer feels welcomed and looked after. Apprentices will have a vocational trainer assigned and will meet regularly with their manager for progress reviews.

What are my next steps after completing the apprenticeship?
Successful completion may lead to roles such as supervisor or team leader. Hospitality Supervisor Level 3 is a suitable progression, alongside our internal career pathway program.
