A local government council is seeking a full-time apprentice to complete their Certificate III in Parks and Gardens. This role involves hands-on maintenance work within the Parks and Open Space Services team. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a willingness to learn and comply with training requirements. The position offers a salary range of $31,408 to $49,469 plus superannuation and opportunities for skill development.

This apprenticeship is a full-time position within our Parks and Open Space Services team. The successful candidate will work towards the completion of their Certificate III in Parks and Gardens. This is an ideal opportunity to gain experience developing practical skills in the maintenance and care for council parks, open space gardens and public trees. This role is offered as an apprenticeship and is open to new starters and continuing apprentices in 1st or 2nd year of the same qualification.
Temporary Full-Time position, 36 hours, 4 days per week (3 to 4 years). Location: Depot. Salary within the range of $31,408 – $49,469 pa plus 12% super.
