Speedy Hire Plc is seeking an Apprentice Hire Controller for their Speedy Solutions department. This role is vital in managing the hire process from the initial order to delivery, with a focus on customer service and relationship building. Apprentices will participate in a structured 15-month training program, gaining important skills and insights into the hire industry while receiving support from experienced colleagues.
Apprentice Hire Controller - Haydock - Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 17:00 - 37.5 hours per week

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Hire Controller to work to work within our Speedy Solutions department. The Hire Controller is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service. Relationship building is the key to success as the Hire Controller coordinates the entire hire process from taking the initial order through to delivery and collection. They liaise with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they're satisfied with our service.
As an Apprentice Hire Controller at Speedy, you will take part in our structured 15 month training programme studying the new Level 2 Hire Controller apprenticeship standard and completing the associated end point assessment (EPA). During this time you will be trained by our experienced colleagues along with working with our specialist apprenticeship provider.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for Apprentices who:
**You must hold at least GCSE or equivalent Maths and English Grade 2/Grade E above in order to be considered for this role.**
