Role Accountabilities:

• Complete necessary training to ensure competency
• Develop skills throughout the training program
• Undertake HGV driver training at the appropriate stage
• Operate waste management equipment professionally and legally
• Meet performance and cleanliness standards
• Carry out all activities safely and legally
• Maintain high standards of performance
• Provide excellent customer service to retain loyalty
• Assist Driver Operatives to ensure safety and environmental standards
• Report issues to Line Manager promptly

Person Specification

The Candidate:

• Must have a valid Driving Licence
• Experience in customer service
• Team-oriented and career-minded
• Willingness to do manual work and lifting

Qualifications and Experience:

• Willingness and ability to obtain Class 2 LGV licence
• GCSE standard education or equivalent
• Willingness to learn operating HGV vehicles and equipment
