Overview

Calderdale & Huddersfield Solutions Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an entry level apprenticeship to Healthcare Science Clinical Engineering at NVQ Level 2 .

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on a wide range of medical devices.
• Participate in supply, repair, calibration, safety and acceptance testing of medical devices.
• Work to high standards of safety and accountability and provide up to date technical information on medical devices and related subjects to key clinical staff.
• Carry out duties under direct supervision initially then with limited supervision once deemed competent, whilst following departmental and national policies at all times.
