Are you proactive, motivated, professional, and friendly? We're looking for someone passionate and diligent to join our team as an Apprentice Grounds Maintenance Operative starting September 2025.

As a team player, you'll assist your mentor in grounds work and maintenance of Abri's properties, ensuring all tasks adhere to good grounds maintenance practices.

Customer service skills are crucial, as our customers are at the heart of our work. We aim to exceed expectations and provide excellent service.

Your Day Will Include
  • Developing skills relevant to grounds maintenance to support the upkeep of our housing stock.
  • Understanding health and safety requirements, relevant legislation, and Codes of Practice.
  • Receiving support from your supervisor and mentor.
  • Attending college and completing coursework to a high standard.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to contribute to a dynamic team, working across properties in the south of England and helping build affordable homes for those in need.
