For this vacancy, you will undergo a level 2 Apprenticeship in Horticulture and Landscapes over 24 months. As a Grounds Maintenance Apprentice, you will be responsible for maintaining our customers' sites, including:

• Using mowers, strimmers, leaf blowers, hedge cutters, and other tools
• Controlling weeds through chemical treatment (when qualified)
• Delivering winter services, including gritting and snow clearance
• Using our scheduling and reporting app to record work
• Leaving work areas clean and well-maintained
• Following Health & Safety procedures
• Learning sustainable working practices
• Providing management with relevant information and reports, including site issues
• Working as part of a team

What we are looking for:

• An interest and passion for horticulture and landscaping
• Enjoy problem-solving and practical work
• Commitment to learning and completing studies
• Willing to work with mechanical equipment and hand tools (training provided)
• Maths and English Level 4-9 or equivalent/Scottish National 5 certificates (must provide certificates at interview)
