Job Description
  • Receiving patients, consulting with members of the Practice team
  • Cover all reception positions as necessary
  • Keep the reception area tidy
  • Replenish notice-boards and leaflet dispensers
  • Ensure visitors sign in and out of the visitors book
  • Have a working knowledge of the telephone and messaging systems
  • Answer the telephone professionally
  • Process appointment requests for today and future appointments, via telephone and in person
  • Use Microsoft Office and clinical systems
