Job summary

Reed is offering an Apprentice Full Stack Software Developer role in City of London. You will contribute to both frontend and backend development across the full stack, helping to automate processes and contribute to innovative AI-enabled workflows.

You will work closely with co-founders, receive a full induction, a structured training plan, regular 1:1s, and mentoring as part of a 18-month fixed-term apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Experience with TS/JS/Python and modern web frameworks (React/Next.js).
• Backend familiarity with Node.js and Python (FastAPI/Flask).
• RESTful APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Cloud platforms like Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Git, CI/CD, and test-driven development (TDD).
• Strong problem-solving and a proactive learning approach.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to frontend and backend development across the full stack.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Work on automation and AI-enabled workflows to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in code reviews to ensure quality.
