About your role

As an Apprentice Food and Beverage Assistant, you'll develop skills and knowledge to start your career in hospitality, with opportunities for progression after completing the program. You'll study a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member qualification and participate in a bespoke learning and development program.

Your daily tasks will include working in various areas such as Reception, Bar, Restaurant, and Café. As you gain experience, your role will become more challenging and autonomous, with increased responsibilities.

You'll receive support from a team experienced in developing apprentices, including shadowing qualified staff.

Please note: This is a part-time position, working 16 hours per week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
