GAP Group Limited is offering an Apprenticeship Programme to become a Plant Mechanic in Aberdeen. The role combines hands-on workshop training with classroom learning over a 3-year period, Monday to Friday 8-5 with no weekend work.
Starting salaries for under 18 (£16,224) and over 18 (£17,860) per year apply during Year 1, progressing after completion. This pathway leads to progression into roles such as Workshop Fitter and Mobile Fitter as you gain experience.

Our Apprenticeship Programme Allows You to Earn as you Learn:
Apprentices under 18 joining our programme you will be required to work a maximum of 39 hours per week with a starting salary of £16,224 per annum.
Apprentices over 18 joining our programme you will be required to work a maximum of 42.5 hours per week with a starting salary of £17,860 per annum.
After successful completion of Year 1, you will automatically move onto the National Minimum Wage rate for your age group.
