Job description

Apprenticeship Details

Successful candidates will become full-time, skilled team members after completing their apprenticeship. Reporting to the Safety & Training Manager, apprentices will undertake various engineering tasks within fabrication, including:

  1. Operating, inspecting, and maintaining tools and machinery
  2. Setting up and adjusting machinery
  3. Ensuring the production of quality products
  4. Following Health and Safety regulations

Apprentices will have opportunities to rotate through different parts of the business, including laser cutting, powder coating, and robotic welding, gaining diverse skills and experience.

Training Program

The apprenticeship follows a Level 3 Metal Fabricator standard, delivered by Cheshire College – South & West, leading to a full qualification.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm; Friday, 7:30 am – 12:30 pm. Day shifts only.
