Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking an Apprentice Estate Agent to join Manners and Harrison in Sunderland. This role offers hands-on estate agency experience while working toward a professional qualification, with ongoing in-house training and clear progression.

You will support the sales team, handle enquiries, register clients, visit properties, and help canvass for new business, earning monthly commission as you learn the trade.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and wider business.
• Handle day-to-day enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face.
• Register customers and assist them in their search for a home.
• Visit properties and support branch activity outside the office.
• Canvass for new business opportunities and potential sales.
• Carry out accompanied property viewings with customers.
